It’s not recommended to consume alcohol or recreational drugs before or after a sound bath.…but drinking plenty of water is 100% recommended!
This is an adult experience, mainly due to the length of time needed to stay still.
If you feel that you would like your child or children to experience a sound bath, then please get in touch and we may be able to arrange a shorter session.
Being comfortable will definitely
enhance your experience. Bring a thick mat or blanket to lay on, a pillow or cushion, plus a blanket to keep you warm and you’ll be all set for a great experience.
Apart from these it’s just yourself and an open mind .
It is best to drink the amount of water you are used to before a sound bath, as any increase in water could mean more frequent toilet trips……. difficult if you need to lay down for an hour.
However, after a sound bath and for the next couple of days, it is recommended to increase your water consumption. The sound vibration can help release toxins from the body and increasing your water fluid intake can aid in removing any toxins from the body. Staying well hydrated is a good daily lifestyle choice.
